Connect Bentley ProjectWise to analyse documents in ProjectWise where they are stored.

ProjectWise works differently from the other connectors. You do not sign in yourself. Instead, the Hoppa team sets up access for your organisation: each ProjectWise datasource is added separately, with account credentials that Hoppa stores securely. Once that is done, anyone in your organisation with permission to add data sources can use it.

Select files

1. Open the session.
2. In the sidebar, select + next to Data sources.
3. Select Bentley ProjectWise, then select Continue.
4. If your organisation has more than one ProjectWise datasource, choose one from the Datasource list. Hoppa opens the first one automatically.
5. Open folders and tick the documents you want.
6. Select Save. Hoppa shows Preparing files... while it fetches the document details.

Switching to a different datasource clears your current selection, so save first.

If ProjectWise is unavailable

Because access is managed for your organisation, you cannot renew it yourself. If ProjectWise stops loading, contact your organisation's admin or raise a ticket through the support portal.
