- Analyse
- Send selected files for processing from the Results page. See Re-analyse and delete results.
- Blueprint
- A ready-made set of classifications, based on a published information standard, that you can start a new workspace from. See Create a workspace.
- Category
- One entry in a classification, with a code, a description and an optional prompt.
- Certainty
- How confident the AI is in a value it produced: High, Medium or Low. See Analysis and certainty.
- Classification
- A list of categories. Hoppa assigns each document one code from each classification. See Define classifications.
- Coded File Name
- A file code generated from a document's classification codes with Rename. See Rename files.
- Connector
- A way of bringing documents into a session, such as file upload or SharePoint. See Connectors.
- Custom column
- A free-text column you add to the results yourself. See Add columns.
- Data Refinery
- A session's own copy of the information standard, opened from the session sidebar.
- Data source
- A connector added to a session, with the files you have selected from it.
- Detail view
- A view of the results that shows one document at a time, with its line items. See Results: detail view.
- Information standard
- The classifications, search fields and tags you want Hoppa to produce for every document. Also called the standard. See The Refinery.
- Line item
- A repeated row of data inside a document, such as a line on an invoice. See Results: detail view.
- Organisation
- The top-level grouping for your company and its workspaces. See Organisations, workspaces and sessions.
- Refinery
- Where you define an information standard. A workspace's Refinery tab holds the standard that new sessions start from.
- Search field
- A value Hoppa looks for in each document, such as a date or a reference. Called a search query in the app. See Define search fields.
- Session
- A single piece of work in a workspace, where documents are connected, analysed and reviewed.
- Stage
- A group of workflow steps. Stages run in order. See Workflows.
- Step
- One processing operation in a workflow.
- Tag column
- A list of tags. Hoppa can apply several tags from a column to each document. See Define tags.
- Token
- Hoppa's unit for measuring consumption. See Tokens.
- Workbench
- Hoppa's library of document processors, used by workflows. See the Workbench Docs.
- Workflow
- The sequence of processing steps Hoppa runs on each document. See Workflows.
- Workspace
- A grouping of related sessions, holding the standard and workflow they start from.
- Writeback
- Sending results back to the source system as metadata. See Write back to source.
