When you run a session, Hoppa analyses each document with its workflow and fills in your standard. The results page then tells you two things: which documents have been analysed, and how confident Hoppa is in each value.
Session status and certainty scores bars
Session status
The Session status bar counts documents.
| Label | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Analysed | Documents the workflow has run on. |
| Not analysed | Documents the workflow did not run on. |
| Total | All documents in the session. |
Select a segment of the bar to filter the table to those documents.
Certainty scores
The Certainty scores bar counts individual values, not documents. Each value Hoppa produces carries one of these levels.
| Level | Meaning |
|---|---|
| High | The AI is confident in the value. |
| Medium | The AI is less confident. The value is worth checking. |
| Low | The AI is unsure. Check these values first. |
| N/A | The value was mapped directly from the document's source system, so no confidence grade applies. |
| Edited | Someone has changed the value by hand. |
High, Medium and Low are self-assessed by the AI as it runs the workflow. They are a guide to where to focus your review, not a guarantee of accuracy.
Select a level in the bar to filter the table to the rows with those values. A good review habit is to work through Low, then Medium, correcting values as you go.
Invalid values
Hoppa checks every value against the format your standard expects.
- Classification values must be one of the codes defined for that classification.
- Search field values must match the field's type, such as a valid date, a true or false value for Boolean, or a number for Percentage. See Search field types.
If any values fail these checks, the bar also shows an Invalid count. Select it to filter the table to the rows with format validation errors.
Edits and re-analysis
Values you correct by hand are counted as Edited. See Edit results.
You can also analyse documents again, or delete their results and start over. See Re-analyse and delete results.
